We used to frequent this restaurant often as we live nearby, but since the new management and staff took over, the experience has gone downhill. The employees lack customer service skills and seem unhappy. During my recent visit, I noticed that a significant portion of my food was missing (see picture) and when I pointed it out to the manager, he offered to remake the dish and comped it. Unfortunately, the replacement dish was not up to par as the rice was hard and it contained ingredients I did not request. I am disappointed with the decline in quality and will not be returning to this establishment.
love chili’s small rib eye steak. always very good quality bark and in the right size. also love their chocolate lava cake dessert. great place for her birthday. they sing and clapp at their table and it makes fun to get a free ice dish. service always excellent and the restaurant is very clean. price pretty fair. parking easy. they always bring a huge batch of nachos to munch while their eating is prepared.
The place was not very clean, no paper placemats offered and everything on the table was sticky and covered in fingerprints.Just hope the kitchen was cleaner.We definitely won't return.Best part was the chips and salsa and our really nice waitress
I was extremely disappointed with my takeout order from last night. When we picked it up and got home, it was not what I had anticipated. The chicken skewers were burnt and the meat was not as expected. I was very disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was awful. Despite it not being busy, the server didn't acknowledge us, check on our meal, or refill our drinks. We were there for over an hour and it felt like a waste of both time and money.
I love coming here the hostess named Tammy was so nice she always friendly I see her always helping others out and I order chicken and Rice it was so good thank you so much for making my family a part of a great team
The food was delicious, but the online check-in for curbside pickup did not alert the restaurant, so I had to go inside to retrieve my order. It wasn't a major issue, just a bit frustrating.
Always a good relaxing time for a date,grabbing a drink at the bar,watching sports or takeout. Foods good,nice selection, friendly wait staff.Kid-friendliness: Have no problem brings kids
