What an amazing lunch! Our waitress, Risena (I might have misspelled her name), was fantastic. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and preferences. It was my guests' first time dining at Chili's, and this young lady made the experience truly special. Thank you so much; you brightened both of our days! You definitely earned that generous tip. My guest had just received news about the need for surgery that could leave her in a wheelchair for life, so we were really in need of a positive experience, and Chili's delivered on that. I approached the front door to place an order and was instructed to call a phone number for curbside pickup from my car, which I found to be a convenient option. I had written down my order ahead of time, and submitting it was a smooth process. My food arrived quite quickly, especially considering it was a large order. I had made several special requests for different items, and everything turned out just right. If you're considering a visit, I highly recommend it. The parking lot was full, and they seemed quite busy, which speaks to their popularity.
I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience was absolutely horrendous. We ordered an appetizer, and the wings we received were completely raw! When we raised our concerns with the waiter, she called the manager, but all we got was a casual "I'm sorry" and nothing more. We left immediately. I would definitely not recommend this location. I'll add a photo for reference. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else!

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience at this Chili's. Since we're not from the area, we were thrilled to find it as a great dining option, especially to escape the heat. The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. Our waitress was incredibly kind and polite. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be coming back!
I went there for dinner and the service was excellent! Our server was attentive, polite, and incredibly helpful. My friend and I ordered the dinner for two, which came with a salad, duck, and dessert for just $25. The margaritas were fantastic; you absolutely have to try the coconut margarita made with natural ingredients! It was outstanding!
I have to admit, I haven't had Chili's in a long time—definitely not since before the pandemic. However, I have to say that something has changed because the meat tasted absolutely amazing! The fries and everything else were incredibly fresh. I'm really excited about how great the food was and will definitely be going back more often!
I ordered the Santa Fe salad with blue cheese, but I received it with a spicy dressing that was way too hot to enjoy. If I'm paying $20 for a salad, I expect it to be right, come on!
The Lunch Combo Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl was absolutely delicious and perfectly spicy. It was large enough to easily share!
