From what I'm seeing in other recent reviews, I am not alone in saying I had a miserable experience here, for starters, the place was at 20% capacity and everything took forever to get out. Secondly it easily took 30 mins to get my beer after I had to change what I got because apparently they changed lines, fine, whatever, but if I have an issue you'd think that they would quickly run over and grab it but no, 15 mins to get that to me AFTER the mess up. Food was average at best , more appropriately below average. Like I said it wasn't busy and my food want even that hot. This is the worst experience we had with a restaurant. We didn't get to order our food until 15 minutes after we sat down. The food took forever to get to our table (about 1 hour) , and they still forgot some of the food we ordered. The food they forgot were from kids menu and but they didn't seem to care when we mention that. The kids food were the last to come out.But to top it off, before we were about to pay the bill, we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall next to our table. We got the manager to come out and he tried to deny it until we showed him the picture. But he won't apologize or anything instead said we were trying to get out from paying the bill. What can I say about this place. First off we didnt get drinks for about 30 minutes. Second took forever to get our food and multiple plates of food were forgotten. Not that busy but very slow. Then once we finally got the food they were cold. To top it off we saw a roach crawling on the wall near a booth. We took pictures and show manager and he said we dont have them. He was very rude and unprofessional and stated they just dont want to pay for the bill . He never once apolgized for our food being forgotten even though he was aware. We will never go to this place again and the kids are the ones that food was not made.
I visited the restaurant around noon, and it wasn't busy at all, so I was seated quickly, and my waiter arrived promptly. The service was efficient and friendly. I ordered the chili burger and fries, and the burger was large and juicy—definitely not dry and not greasy at all. My only complaint is that I wish there were more fries; the portion was about the size you'd get from a small at McDonald's. Overall, it was great food for $11.00. I must say, it was better than Five Guys, much more affordable, and not greasy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a burger, which was cooked to perfection. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. My friend chose the Santa Fe salad and didn't request any sauces due to an allergy to spicy seasonings. Unfortunately, it arrived with a creamy dressing, but the staff quickly and professionally prepared a fresh salad for her without any issues. I couldn't have asked for better service!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks to the incredibly hospitable manager, Mike, and the wonderful staff at the bar and host station. They went above and beyond to help me recover something I had lost. The meal itself was already excellent, but the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere made it even better. I can't thank them enough!
Took the boys to Chili's today for lunch after not having basketball games today. The service was great a d all food came out quickly and correctly. Chili's is doing a great job of returning after Covid. Great experience overall.
Although the place was super short staffed, and because of that there were some errors made in different tables, our server was great and gracious while they were trying to make it work. Food was great!

had such a wonderful experience. david was such a great host who constantly checked for us and made sure we got everything we demanded. eating was good, but it is the service that will hold me back!
