Eventually, my order was taken, but 20 minutes later, I inquired about it and was told it would take a while because the manager was handling the cooking. Twenty more minutes passed, and when I asked again, I was informed it hadn’t even been started yet. I decided to simplify my order to a burger, thinking it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, but it ended up taking an additional 25 minutes. So, altogether, I waited nearly 1 hour and 50 minutes for my meal. When my food finally arrived, the burger and fries were bland and overcooked. I drove past the nearest location just to visit this one, and I'm glad I did! Not all Chili's restaurants are the same, and this one stands out for all the right reasons. The service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. My food arrived hot and was cooked exactly to order. I couldn't ask for anything more. A special shoutout to the hardworking kitchen staff that you don't see—they truly deserve recognition! And a big thank you to my waitress, Raquel, for providing excellent service!

I drove past another restaurant to come here, and I’m glad I did! Each chili dish is unique, and this place truly stands out. The service was fantastic—friendly and efficient. My meal was hot and cooked to order, and I have no complaints at all. I appreciate the hard work of the kitchen staff who are behind the scenes!
