Hadn’t Eaten here in a looong time, wanted a dine and sit down place for pizza. Wasn’t very busy, had two servers working. Our server was Courtney and she was polite and very attentive. The breadsticks were fabulous, were brought out when they were nice a warm, causing the butter to melt all over. Two pizzas for our crew, both were delicious, the crust was cooked to perfection! Yum! Try local small business instead of chain pizza, you won’t be disappointed with Mama Mia of Livonia. Sorry but the Livonia location is better than Redford, cleaner too!
Looks like a nice family owned restaurant at first site. I went in early to see the layout. After I was finally seated (even though I was the only customer) I began looking at the menu. I ordered my favourite fish and chips. The food was ok but the nightmare began when I went to check out. The bill was presented to me quite fast. I had left over food so I asked for a box three times before I got one. I literally sat 20 minutes waiting for a box. The service was awful.
Had dinner here on Saturday and everything was amazing. I had the chef's special and it had so much flavor. The portion was huge and the bread basket was great. The ranch tasted homemade. My daughter is a very picky eater and she gobbled up the kids ravioli. My husband had the steak and gnocchi dish. Everything was great and we will be back for sure! I could not believe the portion sizes. Service was great as well!
Our first time here, and we will be back! Our server, April, was very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu items, and had a great sense of humor. We loved her. The food was delicious and plentiful. The minestrone soup was amazing. Their house dressing was so hood. The carrots cake was amazing as well. We shared a photo of our half eaten slice. Thank you to April for a warm family welcome.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham and green peppers. A fish and chips dinner with soup and a individual antipasto salad. My daughter liked her fish. The pizza didn’t have green peppers and wasnt good. I included a picture of my $8.00 antipasto individual salad. Which was one round thin piece of each meat cut into 4 pieces same with cheese seem kind of pricey.

This Livonia location is on point! This rigatoni with the meatballs, baked cheese on top is slappin! Hallelujah! Fire, everything they do is fire! Stop here if you want something great to eat!
