I ordered the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo at Chili's Grill, featuring a variety of their BBQ specialties. I picked the Texas Dry Rub Ribs, Brisket Quesadillas, and Crispy Chicken Crispers, served with Roasted Street Corn, Garlic Toast, and Fries. Honestly, this was the best BBQ I've ever tasted. Although I haven't sampled much authentic BBQ before, I found it absolutely incredible. The ribs were tender and full of flavor, the crispy chicken strips were familiar and delicious, the roasted corn was the standout side with its rich taste, and the brisket quesadillas were exceptional. Every bite was pure bliss.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. My family and I walked in on a Friday and were seated immediately, which was great. However, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone coming to greet us. A waiter attended to the table behind us but didn’t stop by ours, just saying, "I'll come back." Eventually, I got up to look for a manager but couldn't find anyone. So, we decided to leave. It's unfortunate because we used to really enjoy Chili's, but this location has really disappointed us.
Every time I order delivery from Chili's Grill, something always goes wrong. I’m not sure it deserves a 5-star rating. I ordered the "pick 3" meal but only got 2 scoops of rice. I was really disappointed. I also asked for ketchup, but it never arrived. When I requested utensils, the manager responded with a rude attitude. How am I supposed to eat my food without them? This experience was frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again, and I can’t recommend it.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My entire family got sick after eating there. Additionally, we ordered a dish without bacon, but they mistakenly added bacon to one of our items. They need to be more attentive, as pork is prohibited in some religions, and they should respect that. I will never return to this place. Make sure to check your order carefully before eating, as they clearly don't pay attention to details.

Despite a few negative reviews, my experience at Chili's Grill was excellent. Although it was evident they were slightly short-staffed, resulting in longer wait times for the food, the delay was manageable. The team appeared to be handling the situation efficiently under the circumstances. The menu offered delicious options, and the staff were exceptionally friendly throughout my visit.
I placed an order online for pickup but received the wrong item entirely. Instead of what I had selected, I got something completely different. The manager didn’t even offer to refund me. I recommend looking for another place to spend your money; this franchise has seriously declined in both quality and service. I won’t be coming back again.
We had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The Happy Hour was incredibly enjoyable! The place was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!
