I went for dinner with my family my daughter was excited to try a different place. There was no hostess so we waited a while to be seated. Our server was very friendly. All of our food including our appetizer was cold when everything came out. The only thing that wasn’t cold was the chicken on my salad because it was made wrong and they knew it before it even came out. They remade it but it wasn’t out until everyone else at the table was done with their food. My daughter ordered the nachos. We didn’t realize they weren’t your typical nacho. They were more like a quesadilla. She didn’t like them. Drinks from the bar took a while to come out and my mother in law couldn’t eat her salad for like...
I highly recommend the eggrolls, fried pickles, mini burgers, and boneless chipotle wings—they’re packed with flavor without being too spicy. The guacamole and chips were also a great treat. Make sure to download the app or check out the website because it's definitely worth it, and there’s almost always a free item available! You won’t be disappointed.
Got the Appetizer Eggrolls, Fried Pickles and Mini Burger and Boneless Chipotle Wings which are actually not spicy and super delish. I got the Guac and chips on a reward. So downloading the app or going online is a must. You wont regret it. I like thatthere's almost always a free item.
Place was so disorganized. Food came out staggered and ice cold. Waitress was wonderful she tried her best, as did the rest of the staff left them a big tip. Last time ever for this place. You never expect much from chain restaurants but this one took the cake

I have been a regular at Chili's Grill for a while now and have always been impressed with the quality of both the food and the service. Our group of three truly enjoyed every dish from the menu.
Had been a very long time since I had been there. Was absolutely thrilled with the food and service. We were a party of three, and all of us enjoyed our meals.
We ordered from the 3 for me menu for take out. WOW. The food was great and the young man who took our order was sweet and very helpful!
The bar area is charming, and we had a delightful lunch accompanied by some margaritas. Our server was both attentive and friendly.

Ordered from DoorDash and honestly, I don’t see where the $67 I paid went. I definitely feel like I got ripped off.
The waitress was unhelpful, but the manager and another server provided excellent service. The food was fantastic.
