We had a lovely meal last night at China Dynasty in Braintree to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We received a very happy welcome by Eva and her son Antony who helped to make the evening extra special. Nothing was too much trouble. Eva offered helpful advice and suggestions on some of the dishes. China Dynasty is a small family run business with Eva’s husband being the chef the food was delicious. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Thank you for making my daughter’s 18th birthday both enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely be back! x
Amazing food and service. Thank you Eva and Anthony for a perfect meal. Service was exceptional ,nothing was too much trouble and before you even asked there was a replacement napkin, hot towels after the lobster. Food was tasty and well presented sweet and sour sauce was light and not heavy , crispy beef , crispy and not swamped by sauce. We couldn't fault any of the courses and loved the picked vegetables so much we asked for some as a take away. Definitely now our new go to for dine in or take away and for us the best Chinese in the area.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding, but unfortunately, the food was just average. It seemed like there was a major lack of staff, leading to a long wait of over thirty minutes between our starters and main course. This is unacceptable to me. We will try giving them another chance, but if there is no improvement, we will not be returning.
We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot, and it tasted amazing! The staff were very kind and friendly, making our family meal truly special. Thank you to Eva and her family for being excellent hosts! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Been here a few times now both as a couple and as a large group. Very nice food, friendly service nothing too much trouble. Since moving to the area it’s now my number one place to eat.
We went to this restaurant for dinner and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and we will definitely return in the future.

Went for a sit down dinner at 21.15. And got told we are only doing take aways not restaurant. So went to weatherspoons instead
