I've been going to this restaurant for 5 to 8 years, and I've only had one bad experience with an order, but they quickly resolved it and even gave me some extras. The staff is excellent with customers, and the food is consistently fresh and prepared promptly. If you're ever in the uptown area, I highly recommend taking a 5 to 10-minute trip to grab a sub or some wings. Their mambo sauce is excellent compared to other takeout places. The young lady at the counter speaks English very well and is a pleasure to talk to. The prices are typical for a city takeout, but the quality of the food makes it worth it.
