The ambiance of China II is pleasant, but the customer service is quite disappointing. The woman taking orders seems to pick and choose which customers to treat kindly. I arrived at 9:26 with only one other patron in the restaurant, and after waiting for 15 minutes, another gentleman came in to order pork fried rice and two egg rolls. His order was prepared and served promptly, while I was still left waiting for an additional 15 minutes. She noticed me observing the difference in treatment and just gave me a disingenuous smile. Your the best. Too bad you became greedy. The wing tong soup is so watered down there's hardly any flavor. The pork fried rice had 5 tiny pieces of pork. No onions,or egg. For $8 you get cup of your order and blan pork fried rice. Egg rolls so tiny. We love you china 2 but there are Danny's and other places that will soon bury you if you don't return to decent dinner. This place is DISGUSTING!! I’m so over them I have gave them multiple chances and this is it. I picked up an order from them which I ordered chicken and broccoli. My chicken smells horrible like fish just horrible smell! On top of that I called them to let them know, they did offer me a whole new dish but I just wanted a refund and they couldn’t even give me $9 back just for my meal bc I did order more ! Ridiculous
The food was spoiled, and when I requested a refund, it was denied. My entire family didn't feel safe eating anything we ordered. I suggest you save your time and money and avoid this place.

The restaurant was quite busy, but my wait time felt minimal. I noticed that most of the customers who entered did not wear face coverings.
