Went there this weekend with my family. We ordered all of the sushi and most of the starters and tempura. The hot food was tasty tempura was light and delicious. However, the sushi was a big let down. Having grown up in Tokyo and eaten sushi all around the world I know when sushi is freshly made vs been in the fridge. Although the flavours were nice (disappointingly the jalapeños were not spicy at all) the rice was cold and dense. The food came out within a couple of minutes of ordering it. Visiting my home town of Nottingham and picked this restaurant from a restaurant guide . Liked the look of the menu online . They didn’t disappoint. Easy booking process online . Restaurant is sited adjoining the Radisson hotel on Maid Marion Way Ate from the a la carte menu rather than the set menus . Food was beautifully presented and good portions . I was very much looking forward to visiting here again, but unfortunately it was not what it used to be. We had the set menu for two people at £80 and our taste buds were as confused as we were. Fusion food should compliment, not clash. Some of the dishes had too much going on, where as others were bland and tasteless. However the service was faultless,the staff were friendly and attentive. The ambiance left something to be desired. Overall we were very disappointed and fail to see why the two Rosettes have been awarded. Sad to say we will not be going again.
It was great to be dining in Chino Latino again we have missed this fantastic dining experience so much over the last seven months and our dinner was excellent as always! We continue to love Chino we have been dining here for many years now and the whole concept is perfect. We love the Pan Asian cuisine and the tapas style makes it a very enjoyable experience. The service is always excellent and Marc is a perfect host. He is friendly, courteous and efficient nothing is too much trouble. We will be back very soon! John, Liz and Adam Miller

Visited this restaurant in 'Restaurant Week ' in Nottingham as a deal £25 for a 2 course meal. Never been here before and is inside a hotel Park Plaza so didn 't have the usual vibe or atmosphere that you get with more intimate restaurants. Our servers were very friendly and helped us make our choices. Our recommendations would be the surf turf roll a sushi starter and absolutely delicious and the short rib beef for a main. The wine is fairly expensive. Overall, an enjoyable meal with friendly service. Would suggest you give it a go!
We love Chino Latino! The food is always outstanding and this is the best Pan Asian restaurant around. The staff team are always attentive and helpful a massive thanks to Mirek for his impeccable service. What a fabulous meal we had at this restaurant. Beautiful fusion food. Excellent menu, excellent wine list and superb staff who were just so helpful, knowledge and friendly. The cocktails were great as well. That factored with the price makes this an excellent choice for a beautiful meal. We'll definitely be back again.
Booking a table online was easy. Our waitress Yasmeena was very attentive and the set menu was delicious- the beef taco was delicious, and the salmon was perfectly cooked. The only item that did not meet my expectations was the korean pork belly. The cocktails were great too!

Ordered a takeaway at 5.30 p.m. money taken...food delivered an hour later and cold so sent it back...now approx 7.45 p.m. and no replacement!!! Will not be using again and money back please!!!!
Very poor... assume new chefs post lockdown. Shame as used to be very good. Food was tastless ... everything seemed pretty made lost its buzz
