This place has gone down so much, corporate needs to be in here for sure. Understaffed, attitudes, unhappy employees. Where are the DMs or regional managers. 2 weeks atleast needed for training. Came here because the closest to my house didn't cook or want to cook fajitas 2 hours prior to closing. Arrived and only saw 3 ppl the young girl cooking was pleasant and was trying to catch up and restock meat. There was no steak, the new steak or chicken on a weekend.thank god i didn't want that. The ppl that were waiting seemed to be delivery drivers waiting on meat to cook so they could do their jobs. The young boy doing the line clearly was over it but kept going and was ok. The restaurant is perpetually dirty and often short on basic items like food, drinks, or utensils. This has been my experience during my last few visits. However, last night was the final straw: my burrito bowl was served with old, crusty meat that I suspect had been sitting out for quite some time. I should have been more careful about what they were putting in my bowl, but I noticed they were scraping the bottom of the container for the customer behind me as well. I can’t return to this location again.
I've visited this location twice. On my first visit, they forgot some items from my order, and I had to drive back to get them. During my second visit, I ordered three servings of chips with queso, but all three bags of chips were stale and tasted at least two days old. I realize now that I should have written this review after trying all the food. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing, not just the chips. The next day, I ended up with stomach issues.
I haven't ordered from Chipotle in a while, and I was surprised at how small the portions have gotten. I'm not sure if this is the new standard or if an employee was just a bit stingy. Since I ordered online for pickup, I have no way of knowing who made my food. Perhaps next time I'll order in person. On a positive note, the young man who handed me my order was very friendly, and it was ready when I arrived.

I really love Chipotle, but this location is definitely the worst I've been to. The food and meat are consistently subpar, and the place is usually understaffed. The workers seem to be in a rush, and food ends up being tossed around everywhere. They're almost always out of something when I visit, and I can usually anticipate that happening.
This was one of the worst Chipotles I've ever visited. The soda machine only offered seltzer water, and there were no fruit drinks available. Additionally, they were out of spoons. When I requested a spoon from the server, she didn’t seem to know what it was. She asked a co-worker, who confirmed that they didn’t have any spoons at all.
Worst Chipotle ever !!! Always out of basics black beans!!! Chips!!! Always out of chips. Not sure who manages this place but he or she should be fired!! Their portions are also terrible… Had to ask him multiple times for more than a dropping of brown rice. It’s an embarrassment. Go elsewhere.
Soda machine was watered down, there were no lids for cups and the place where the utensils are held was filthy. Used to love coming here but it’s gone down hill. The employees ignored the requests.

I requested a bowl, but they barely filled it. The manager apologized and explained, "Sorry, we have to control portions. If you'd like more, it will cost extra."
No Rice, no Corn and the guac was very dark. Disappointed in this Chipotle. What’s going on here? The servers were super slow and I was the only one in line.
