I swore I wouldn't come back to this location but after a year I tried these guys again. I put in an online order, stood around for 10 mins past the time it was promised, and then handed the cold food that had been sitting there the whole time. When I checked it, both bowls were incorrect. I asked them to correct the items, and you would not believe it but I watched him put the wrong meat with the wrong beans and the wrong rice. It's like they don't bother reading the order. The store was disgusting, food everywhere all over the floor and nothing had been wiped in a long time, clearly. they just threw the food in the bowl. the edge of the bowl is scary of the carelessness in preparation. the vinaiigrette tasted as if it were made with mayonnaise. the dining room has no order. the steak was burned. he accused himself of vinaiigrette. there was also plastic in my eating. open plastic from the cheese bag and put it in the servier container. I asked about it. refund and he offered me only a dish remake, as I looked clearly on a piece of plastic. as at least refund m. the place was simply dirty.
Three years later, I am revisiting my previous 5-star review. Chipotle has declined; some locations are worse than others, but overall, they frequently run out of ingredients like lettuce, rice, cheese, and more. This has resulted in a chaotic serving area where I have to wait in line while they fulfill 5 or 6 orders for DoorDash and Uber Eats. They do have a separate station for these orders, but I still end up having to ask if they have what I want, hoping they'll actually have it available.
I gotta say, some of these employees should never be working anywhere. I walk in here with zero people waiting and it still takes 10 minutes to get my food. Sometimes the employees are literally acting like high schoolers and clearly don’t care what the customer thinks. Whoever manages this chipotle needs to be replaced by someone who can get this place under control. It’s crazy how bad and slow these workers are, with no care for what the customers right in front of them think. Embarrassing.

This location is just awful. The food is flavorless, the workers are incredibly slow, and there's little to no communication skill between customers. I waited 30 min to get my half wrapped burrito because the majority of the ingredients were out. The workers didn't let us know that, so they had everyone waiting on them to prep the food. The food was awful to a point where I threw half of it away.
Some selections of food unavailable. Some payment methods were unavailable as Employee screams out payment selection. Employees can be seen but not helping with rush as lobby fills with customers the wait was long and our food sat after being prepared as the same employee was trying to complete all orders. Lobby was filthy and napkins and forks containers were empty. Service was ??
the worst chipotle I ordered. they have just opened and reis had no taste of limette juice or zilantro. It was just sticky rice. I could have done that myself. the chicken was cooked for too long. some pieces were burned. very disappointed. the only reason I don't get it again my lunch was almost over. Food: 1/5
The customer service was excellent, especially considering the staff's young age. However, the food prep area felt a bit chaotic. It could benefit from being more organized and cleaner, unlike the young man handling online orders, who was very tidy and on top of things. Overall, the food was fantastic.

this chipotle is known for its lack of Luster service, but due to the time I wanted to give it a second chance. I ordered a Barbacoa shell. the flesh looked good, but when I got it home, it was dried out and gummy. the bowl has a strange taste and I refuse to eat it. very disappointed.
The food was absolutely incredible; I would highly recommend it and would gladly return a thousand times over.
