I strongly recommend visiting the Bidwell location instead. This Chipotle is quite disappointing and would greatly benefit from a new manager who focuses on customer service and satisfaction rather than cutting costs on side tortillas and enforcing meager meat portions. The meat I received was the smallest scoop I've ever encountered, with pieces even smaller than my rice. It was the worst bowl I've had at Chipotle. Definitely choose the Bidwell location!
I received a refund after discovering a large piece of chicken in my burrito, and this wasn’t the first time it happened. Everything we ordered was vegan, with only beans as the protein, which suggests they are either using the same utensils for meat and the fajita vegetables or they are careless in some way. I have decided not to order from places like this anymore, as I can't trust them and definitely don't want to encounter chicken again.

The kids' quesadilla was missing from my order; all I got was a container of rice and guacamole. Fortunately, I had cheese and tortillas at home to make do. My steak tacos had barely three slices of meat, which made for a disappointing meal. Next time, I’ll likely choose one of the many other nearby restaurants. I want to give a special shoutout to Anthony, who was working the evening shift today (9/26/22). His skills in wrapping burritos are outstanding! I've never had a burrito hold together so well all the way to the last bite before. Thank you for your dedication, Anthony, and for your amazing positive attitude. It really means a lot!
The staff is welcoming, and while the portion sizes may vary depending on who serves you, the food is consistently delicious. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side and requested extra lettuce since the initial portion was a little on the small side. I will always be a fan of Chipotle!
This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and it's nearly impossible to go wrong with your order when you can see the preparation process. The standout features of this place are its cleanliness, efficiency, and outstanding flavors. I genuinely enjoyed my meal!
