Not all employees were wearing face masks, which is disappointing. Additionally, there were no plastic barriers in place to help prevent the spread of COVID. Customer service was lacking during my visit. I ordered online, made my payment, and went to pick up my food, but the manager seemed confused and asked me to explain the situation. I had already paid and was simply there to collect my order. It's unfortunate that there are no order numbers like at McDonald's, requiring customers to provide a name instead. Not everyone in the USA has an English name, which can complicate things. Furthermore, there was a clear lack of courtesy or greetings for customers.
Every last person was rude I had ordered a burrito and the lady had guacamole on her hand trying to wrap my burrito. I nicely told her to change her gloves and she caught an attitude but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito but it wasfalling apart I asked her can I have an extra tortilla on the side she told me 27cents I come here all the time I never getcharged extra!!!! I was willing to pay but the Al cashier Maria started to be rude telling me I need to pay right now! Theemployees are disgusting and ibwill never come back!

The burritos are flavorful, but the portion sizes have definitely shrunk. For $10, I expect a burrito that’s a good, satisfying size. They used to load it with a full scoop of rice, but now you get about half unless you ask for more. The guacamole, which costs an extra $2.50, is also skimpy—you’re lucky to get just a few tablespoons unless you speak up. I get that they need to make a profit, but charging $10 for what feels like $2 worth of food seems excessive.

Average experience every time I've gone. Be sure to ask for what you want as you move through the options because there are some things that don't cost extra but they won't offer unless you ask. For example, every time I go they don't ask if I want veggies and I have to mention it otherwise they don't ask. The veggies are yummy btw!
The customer service at Chipotle Mexican Grill was very disappointing. The staff seemed too busy to assist, showing little effort to help customers. As a nurse, I understand being busy, but I always treat my patients with respect. Chipotle could definitely benefit from better staff training.
The cashier was the only friendly staff member; the rest were rude and unaccommodating. When I inquired about the super greens, they said it wasn’t available, and things only went downhill from there. Overall, it was a disappointing visit marked by poor customer service.
Very bad customer service the employees don't try to help you because they are busy but everyone is busy in they work I am a nurse I know about busy but I treat all my patients with respect. Chipotle do your training please.

On 2/27/2021 I went to chipotle at montgomery mall, i got my order and came home, opened it up and tasted it then I saw that the chicken was raw it wasn?t cooked well. It was all white, the food was really bad.
I dropped by Chipotle Mexican Grill at the mall and ordered a bowl with chorizo and steak topped with guacamole. Every bite was exceptionally fresh and tasty!
