Let this be known, this was my first experience with Chipotle. I ordered from here on 12/28/22, my order was burrito bowl that was suppose to have Garlic Guajillo, brown rice, black beans, Red chili salsa and fajita vegetables. I feel really bad for the poor sap that got my order, instead of his.... What a actually got was shredded beef from what I can tell not on the online menu white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, fajita vegetables, cheese and three avocados worth of guacamole. How do you mix up the two..... How? If I hadn't have already made it back to work and went back to my tasks, I would have drove back down there and had them remake it. Now onto how it tasted..... I will never use the online app again. Ordered from it twice and got two cold tiny little skinny burritos versus going there in person and getting a full fresh burrito. The online application is a scam flat out no way friends or butts rip off artists. I filled out the online order in the parking lot in front of Chipotle because I was supposed to be eating some deal with free chips and a side which I did not get the free chips or the side nor did I get a fresh burrito it was already sitting in a bag waiting for me cold stiff tiny little tube in a sad sack....... Now I know how some girls feel after meeting one of those guys
Place was a absolute wreck. I went on 11/20/22 roughly 7:30. I asked for brown rice I got white. There was no regular steak so I got the garlic steak. The steak was so cooked it wasn't edible. They were also playing music that was so loud that the guy taking my order couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear him. The worker tried to ask them to turn the music down, but obvouisly they couldn't hear him because of how loud the music is. I went to the register and the other worker did not know how to do the rewards and or work the register for the matter. Take the drive to the other location on Valley Mills.
We’ve eaten at many chipotle locations but when I ordered online 2 weeks ago my order was incorrect and when we went to dine a few days ago there were kitchen staff hanging out in view of customers, cooking in the kitchen while eating chips and no gloves were on. There was also obscene rap music playing from the kitchen. Very disappointed by this location.

The food was extremely fresh and delicious. The whole meat was hot as if it just got off the grill. The staff was friendly and friendly and gave generous portions of meat. The facilities were clean. The interior seems somewhat smaller than most. Not good for a huge group.
Love this place as the options are very healthy and fill. Quick and simple ingredients made as you like it. Always allows to double on rice and chicken to get the calories required. I wanted to be honest.
I've never been in a chipotle, so I wanted to try. I ordered the Pollo Asado. It was very good. Much food when I couldn't finish my bowl. I would definitely go back there on the occasion.
Personally not a fan, but the Pregnant woman was ranting on how good the chips w/ a chicken and rice bowl was amazing
