We were consistently disappointed by this Chipotle. The restaurant suffers from poor organization and is frequently out of various items (like guacamole, which is available at other locations, and even forks). Since this is our closest location, we have tried to give it multiple chances. However, the last straw was on Saturday when my son ordered a bowl. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive it! I?m DONE with this Chipotle location. Ordered on the app from this location for a 4:50 pm pickup. This is the third time I?ve ordered from the app, so I should have known better. We were trying to feed 4 kids tonight, it was just easier. Good thing I did since at 4:50 pm the waiting line was out the door into the parking lot. Waited 15 minutes past the 4:50 pickup time. Got my food home and overall the portion sizes were half of what you get when you order in person. I have been to this location twice. Both times packaging and food was horrible. This particular order was delivered. I ordered 3 soft tacos and this is what I received tacos wrapped in foil. At first, I thought it was a burrito. Ordered large chips and queso. I counted 16 chips in the bag and they were stale. I wonder how many days the bag was left on their shelf. Very disappointing. I think staff and management need to have care for patrons. I would not serve this food to my dog. It had no taste and poorly packaged.
However, there were some drawbacks. The dining area was in complete disarray. Several tables had not been wiped down, with food still on the surfaces. The chairs were chipped, and the trash cans were nearly overflowing. The area designated for utensils and drinks was messy and unclean, which is absolutely unacceptable (especially for management, noted at 3 PM on 08/21/22). Until these issues are addressed, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The order was over 20 minutes late from the promised pickup time, and it was also missing items while including part of someone else's meal. This has been a recurring issue with this restaurant, and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. The photo illustrates how poorly some of the food was packaged. We won’t be coming back.
In Chipotle on W. Nursery Road. Joseph gets 5 stars from me. He was patient and helped make healthy suggestions (because I don't eat meat or poultry) and didn't know what to order. Ferrari was great. Customer service from both received Top Notch. Thank you for a great culinary experience.
Ordered online a chicken burrito bowl with all the fixings. What we got is pictured below. Service and quality at this location is so far below others I will never order from here again. Want to also add the quesadilla we ordered was so cold it was inedible.
40 minute wait to go through the line and food was everywhere. Chicken was being dropped into steak, steak was just sitting by the window, black beans were being dropped into everything, and food was all over the checkout counter.

Iv noticed I get half portion when ordering on doordash compared to when I come in. I ordered 2 bowels since I only get half a portion, both were the same however 1 was loaded with corn that I didnt ask for. Stop sucking
No great experience. There are everywhere and everything on the food. I bought the bowl against my better judgment. I have ready to eat at home and found hair in my food?. Chipotle falls and prices increase. Seufzer.
