Update: contacted chipotle customer service and they gave me a free entree and chips and guacamole as an apology. First time I went here a year ago, found a shard of plastic in my burrito and the place said it was from when they are opening the meats. I called the place and they apologized, but I ended up complaining to corporate and they sent me free Vouchers as an apology and made the manager call me to apologize. I decided to finally give them another chance and I'm sad to say I really wish I didn't. The attitude from the start was terrible and it wasn't like I was there at 9:45 when they close at 10 pm. I was there at 8:30. The portions were horrible (I got three tablespoons of rice) and...
Apparently under reconstruction, however nothing's indicated on line. When you walked in no food was visible within display cases. Myself and several others walked in, and immediately walked out. I could only ascertain this location was only processing on line orders but walk in service wasn't available. Additionally, none of the staff took any initiative to advise walk- in customers on how best to obtain an order.Just saying, lots of revenue lost durning a remodel. Unless of course this is the new Chipotle business model. The restaurant chains revenues must be so solid, turning away potential large numbers customers is of little concern.
I used to love this Chipotle, but some of the current lunchtime staff seem to be lacking in experience. The presentation of the orders is often messy, with items not properly placed and bags that are poorly sealed. The accuracy of the orders really varies depending on who is working that day. Honestly, I could walk in tomorrow and point out who needs to be replaced or reassigned. The owner really needs to step in and address these issues! That said, I still order from there occasionally, and I have noticed that their portion control has improved in the last few months.
I was compelled to write this review. We went for lunch today and for the last time! I have never seen the most dirty restaurant ever anywhere! Tables and chairs were dirty. I think almost puked looking at the dirtiness of this place. No one is bothered to clean after the lunch rush. It was empty when We went there.It seems floor hasn’t been cleaned since ages.Coming from restaurant background myself manager should be taught how to run the restaurant properly . Seems manager doesn’t care either let alone the staff. Shame on chipotle!

Used to be my favorite Chipotle to eat at, however, some of the current lunch staff have no clue. Orders are slopped together haphazardly with little regard to presentation (lids not fully on, crumpled bags, etc). Order accuracy is very dependent on who you get. I could literally walk in tomorrow and tell you who needs to get replaced or retrained. Owner needs to be hands on and set some !t straight.Having said that, I still order food from there and I will say their portion control has improved from a few months ago.
Terrible customer service experience. My friend and I went into the restaurant at 9:30 and they informed me that dining in was no longer available. Yet, the restaurant is scheduled to be open till 10. I wanted a bowl, and since I couldn't eat in the restaurant the employee essentially gave me no option and told me I'd need a lid, the food gets disgusting when a lid is placed over it, and therefore decided it'd be best if we took our business elsewhere. Won't be going back.
I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. The place is filthy and never seems to be cleaned. On top of that, the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept a line of about 20 people waiting while he criticized his coworkers. He threw his hands up in frustration and mumbled to himself about how everyone needed to improve. Additionally, he yelled at me for reasons I couldn’t understand. It was just an overall crazy experience.
We had a fantastic experience! My brother and I took our father out for the first time, and at 75 years old, he can be a bit tricky to read. The server was incredibly patient when taking his order, and my father really loved the food! Additionally, my brother has several dietary restrictions, but the staff was understanding and provided excellent service, taking great care to accommodate his needs. Overall, we were very impressed!

I really enjoy the food at Chipotle, and the quality is consistently good. However, I've been experiencing issues lately—about 20% of the time, there seems to be a problem. Whether it's in-store orders, online orders, or missing ingredients from those online orders, there's often something going wrong. For me, a 20% error rate is just too much. I wish there was another similar and healthy option nearby.
Quality has gone down hill so much. Chicken was dry. Hard bits of rice. My guacamole looked nice and gross like it was days old.
