This chipotle is my regular chipotle, however, it is the worst run location in the area. My review is a culmination of several bad visits in one. Management is not proactive at this location, nor are they reactive. They do not support their staff when the line does not have enough workers during a rush. They also do not notify the guests of important information, like the credit card machine being down, until you wait through a 30 minute line. A simple sign on the door could have alleviated this frustration since the machine was down the whole day. We have ordered pickup from this location several times, and on the regular the portions are much smaller then if we ordered in person. I'm talki...
They were out of tortillas. Chipotle is known for burritos, yet they were out of the main ingredient! That's like McDonald's running out of fries or Red Lobster running out cheddar biscuits! As a result, I ordered a burrito bowl and let me tell you this bowl looked amazing! It was piled high and I couldn't wait to dig in! When I did it was more rice, UNDERCOOKED rice at that, than anything else. I felt like I was digging for gold trying to find pieces of chicken! We also ordered a bowl with the new steak, and the flavor was amazing, but it was ice cold, I felt like I was eating leftovers out the fridge! Overall, the amount of food was worth the price, but the preparation could definitely use...
We used to love this location. It was our Friday go to. Have gone back to it in the past month and it's awful. Don't have delivery because they don't care if you get the correct order. I won't blame Door Dash because they are just picking up what you package. Both times we have been given other people's orders. Even the names are printed on the bowls and the bag is tagged with our name...but still the incorrect order. No way of contacting anyone to rectify it. They literally don't give a toss. And if you complain to corporate you just get the go around from bots. You were good once Chipotle...no more.
this is the worst chipotle in the opposite. they are consistently running out of flesh and sides. how about the announcement that they are out of the half of the articles to those on the line, especially if they wait over 30 minutes to place a job. they can not even make a decent burrito or bowl when they are out of half their articles and who command always to process. no attempt to satisfy the customer when the dinge go wrong. take the time to go to another Chipotle location. this place is a catastrophe. you're sorry. order in person or online, just a bad one.

The restaurant has some significant management issues that need addressing. Every table was dirty, the condiment station was messy, and there was trash overflowing from its container. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to attend to us after our meals were finished. Additionally, some of the food options were not well organized. While the employees were doing their best, it’s clear that these problems stem from poor management. With the number of staff available, these issues could have been resolved with proper leadership.
Let me start by saying I love chipotle but this location is terrible. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Not only will you have to wait forever for it to be done it won't be correct. I've tried multiple times and it's always the same. I wouldn't mind waiting if they made the food correctly but there are always ingredients missing and this last time my 2 burrito bowl was more like a bowl of soup. I didn't receive fajita veggies and i ordered extra and the bowl was half full. It doesn't even look appetizing and it tastes like it looks.
The quality at this restaurant has declined to the point where I’m not even sure if it’s still affiliated with Chipotle. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was nearly unbearable; I was served food that was cross-contaminated. When I brought this up to the server, they responded nonchalantly, saying that some items had simply fallen into the other container. What about people like me who have food allergies or dietary restrictions? This has been a problem here for a long time. You can see the photos below.
Have ordered here multiple times both for pick up and delivery and have had my order cancelled without warning typically at closing time even if I've ordered two hours before closing at the least they could do the customer the courtesy of cancelling well in advance of closing time so I could order from elsewhere. Given the recent improvement in staffing decided to order delivery but the portion of food only occupied one third of the bowl. Will not be going to this Chipotle.

This place is a joke. Wait forever for your food. Everyone that had a 2 go order had to come back for utensils. What they need is an adult to get the employees working. If I could cancel my order and leave I would but they would probably screw that up too.
