I come here often as its closest to work but past weeks the quality of the food is nowhere near the level of other chipotle. Chicken is always cut massively as if they are trying to purposely make you choke. Rice here is a hit or miss. Most times I come here during afternoons the rice is horrible. Had to skip out just because of how badly it is made.
Usually I do not leave bad reviews but…I was thoroughly disappointed. Starting off with the Guac Not seasoned. Rice Not sure how you manage to mess up rice but they sure did. Came in happy expecting some great usual chipotle.. left with a bad taste in my mouth and a horrible experience. Definitely will never come here again
Cashier was blatantly rude to me over some salad dressing. And told me NO!! I couldn't have any extra dressing. Just say it's an extra charge, not talk to people like that. Then to charge 1.00 for a drop of dressing a container that is no where near full.. Respect goes along way!Food: 4/5
To be honest this is the best Chipotle spot, especially after school you know you come out hella hungry, starving for 7 hours. But thats all because of Blanca her service is amazing she deserves the best. Give her a raise!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Just say no thank you! The cashiers were bothered that I came to place an order. She balled up my change and receipt and then gave it to me. The utensils were filthy. It's a no for me.Food: 1/5
needs management or new employees, portions are tiny and the food is garbage seriously need to step up there game ? takes the cake for worse chipotle in maryland!! hands down
Worse chipotle I ever been to. Not only is the place disgusting…the customer service is horrible. Not sure why they have teenagers running the spot but I’m never going back.
