Came in on 9/11/22 at 5pm and received the most atrocious service from the food handler making my food. She was extremely rude and lacked the level of customer service I?ve received at this location in the past. Management should never put people with heroff putting attitude face to face with customers. I will never be returning to this location.
Chipotle is not what it used to be. The latest visit had solicited my last visit. Never again. Portions have diminished drastically and the service is terrible. Ordered a beef quesorrito, turned out to be $15 of disappointment.
As a chain, the food is great but the NE location is usually out of at least 2 things. Even during the day. And the portion sizes are some of the smallest in the chain.
