I stopped by to pick up a salad bowl for my wife to take home. The service was quick and friendly, but there was a problem with the special salad dressing - they had run out of it. I asked if they could make more, but I would have to wait a few minutes. After a short wait, I got my order, but I noticed that the restaurant was messy. There were no napkins, forks were almost gone, and utensils were thrown all over the counter. This kind of disorganization is not acceptable in a place where people eat. This Chipotle is not the best one out there. I've been to this location over 10 times and have noticed that they are quite stingy with the meat portions. I usually order the Chicken Burrito Bowl, and more often than not, the amount of meat they give barely fills less than a scoop. The meat hardly covers the bowl, and if you opt for extra meat, you only receive a tiny amount—it's really disappointing for the extra charge. I'm not sure if management is aware of this issue, but this location definitely needs to improve how they handle portion sizes. Been here twice. Once with my daughter once with my husband. The first time I wasn't thrilled, but figured I would give it another try. My husband confirmed my first impression. Server was rude and unfriendly. She tooled annoyed that she was there. She got annoyed that she couldn't make the four bowls all at once since we weren't sure what we were having. Portions were ridiculously small. We wound up paying for more meat because she insisted that was normal portion size. The order cost us more than the other location we like. This restaurant offers quick and reasonably priced takeout, but I've noticed that the protein portions in their carryout orders are often quite small. It felt like they used an ice cream scoop for my carnitas, as the serving was much less than what I consider normal. Since I live nearby, I've dined in before, and I've observed that they provide a significantly larger portion of protein when you eat at the restaurant—perhaps because they feel more pressure to meet customer expectations in person. Fast and relatively cost-effective execution, but this place constantly contains very little protein in performing orders. It's almost like she used an ice cream maker for my carnitas because I literally didn't see a lot as normal. I live in the neighborhood, so there are times when I would immerse and there are significantly more protein they contain, perhaps because I am personal and their employees feel committed without a chance of customer attention. These are just my two cents. Overall, the taste is good and I don't expect too much of a $10-$12 bowl. A solution for a quick lunch or dinner.
I don?t know why this chipotle is like this, but out of ALL the ones I?ve been to, out of state or in the city, this one skimps on food the most. If it weren?t for the guac, the bowl would look about a quarter empty. They don?t completely fill up your bowl, yet you?re paying the same price. Also when there?s a line, they have no sense of urgency. The employees never smile.
Great place to get Chiptole food! Authentic Mexican burritos and bowls! The staff is very nice and are very quick in creating the bowls of food. The food tastes delicious and healthy. Would definitely recommend this place to get a quick bite. I updated the rating because one employee doesn't work there anymore.

I wouldn't recommend going to this place. The portions are small and the food was served cold. Be cautious when ordering the guacamole as well. The picture really speaks for itself.
