I eat chipotle weekly sometimes even twice a week. The service at this location is unfortunately horrible. The effort they put into making your meal is poor. There are at least two parking spots that have iron rebar coming straight out of the ground just waiting to puncture huge holes in your tires if you don’t seem them. It would be very difficult to see at dusk or night. When I informed them of this they said they are aware, that it isn’t their responsibility and quite frankly could have cared less. I asked who is responsible. They had no clue. This was the manager I was speaking to. They had run out of cheese and guacamole. They didn’t bother telling me until they were almost done making...
This is the worst Chipotle ever the employees are always so miserable looking and rude! The line looked like the food has been out all day and everything was either out or they were scraping the sides of the bowls to get just enough to put in the bowl. They were out of cheese, pico, brown rice and the queso looked like they made it this morning. After checking out I go to the soda machine and their is no ice and there is trash everywhere. The tables were disgusting and nothing looked liked it had been cleaned at all. I will never come back to this location after giving it many chances and seeing new employee after new employee all with the same I hate my job attitude I just refuse to come to...
Probably the worst Chipotle for pre-ordering your food. As I type this there are five.of us waiting for our food and no one even making food in the back.We stand here waiting for our food watching those who don't preorder get served and pay again and again.If you preorder, don't tip them. It's at least 10-15 minutes before they acknowledge those waiting in line. Meanwhile they will go without customers up front and no one helps the preorders.The inside is usually dirty. Trash full. This place needs a come to Jesus meeting with corporate. Next time I'm going to Qdoba a block away.
Editing because despite such terrible reviews nothing seems to have improved! Still “out of ingredients” hours before they close and still continue to be rude. I’m really shocked that they are so content with such horrible service… The staff on the line loves to say they are out of ingredients but never bothers to check. They are always rude and still charge full price regardless.

Sorry, but most places these days offer military and first response discounts. If your management is too cheap to do this, even with the exorbitant prices; while your employees still don't make a decent wage...Don't get me wrong, it's a free country, and you can charge and pay whatever the market will tolerate. I just can't endorse that kind of greed.
How does this location stay open. Saturday night at 6 pm, 2 people working. Only barbacoa and chicken for meat. Decided to go to qudoba instead, 6 people working and I could order the whole menu. Management at this Chipotle must be terrible to work for.
This Chipotle is by far the worst I have ever been to. Every time I visit, they always seem to be out of essential ingredients like cheese and rice. It's unacceptable and it's surprising that this restaurant is still operating.
Did an online order and it took 25 minutes longer than what the app said! Also the portions they give are tiny!! Was majority rice with a spoonful of chicken and beans. Don't order online here or they'll rip you off
