Totally disappointed, I was looking forward to having Chipotle again since I haven?t had it for a long time, I order a burrito and side of Gus and cheese. They claim everything they make is fresh, to my surprise guacamole is old had the dreaded brownish color which is a sign that is old, I called and spoke to the manager and shockingly he said I must have waited too long to pick it up, seriously!! That?s a lame answer!! Make sure when picking up your order check the guac so you?re not disappointed like I was. ??. No more chipotle for me for sure.
I discovered a bug crawling in my sofritas bowl at Chipotle Mexican Grill. When I reached out to the restaurant, they requested that I return my entire order. Although I eventually received a refund, the overall experience was quite disappointing. I also noticed that neither the staff nor the customers were wearing masks, and the hygiene standards among the employees appeared to be insufficient. The restaurant was busy, but that shouldn't be an acceptable excuse for these issues. The quality of the menu and service fell short of expectations.

I ordered a bowl and a burrito, but the burrito I received was only about a third of the expected size, so they kindly made me a new one. However, when I got home, I discovered that both the bowl and the burrito were mostly filled with rice—about 70%—and I could hardly spot any of the other ingredients I had requested. While the flavor was decent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Chipotle has certainly been falling short lately.

We ordered at this place almost after a year due prior disappointment and I guess the place is still a disappointment. I ordered online vegetarian food but I guess it?s hard to understand instructions as the food had no veg in it and can?t believe how this place does not respect customers choices and also really sad that throwing away food as it?s against my religion. I would recommend all my friends and family to not visit this place.
The food at Chipotle Mexican Grill was decent, matching what you would typically expect from their menu. However, during my lunch visit, it seemed they were a bit short-staffed. There was only one seemingly inexperienced employee handling all the orders, which led to some delays. While the employee did their best, having additional staff on hand would have improved the experience.
Chipotle Mexican Grill used to be my favorite spot, but my last three orders have been disappointing. On two occasions, I ordered vegetarian meals and found meat in them, and once I found a long hair on top of my burrito bowl—very off-putting. I had to discard all three meals, wasting more than $30 in total. They definitely need to improve their quality control.
I thoroughly enjoyed my first dining experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and there was an abundance of different dishes to choose from, all of which tasted exceptional! Best service at Chipotle!

I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The rice was overcooked and mushy, which was surprising. Is there no quality control in place? I’m quite unhappy with my visit and would like to request a refund.
