This is one of the worst locations I've ever visited. I frequent this place since it’s conveniently close to my school, but the service is dreadful. Over the past two years, I've consistently experienced issues, such as receiving the wrong orders or, at times, not receiving my online orders at all. Today was the last straw. I placed an online order early, and the restaurant was STILL closed when I arrived. To make matters worse, the staff acknowledged me but refused to open the door. I ended up waiting over half an hour beyond my pickup time to finally get my food. This situation needs to be addressed, as these repeated problems are simply unacceptable.

I visited the restaurant yesterday, and I was shocked by how dirty it was. When a staff member finally came out to clean, he collected the trash cans, tossed all the trays used for serving food into the trash, and continued to clear the garbage from the tables, throwing everything into the trash can. This made me seriously question the hygiene practices at this restaurant. How can they put trays in the trash and then reuse them to serve other customers? This place was decent and reliable enough in the past but unfortunately the food here has no flavor anymore not to even mention how expensive chipotle is now. Also this location can be oddly stingy with portions, even for things like rice. Yet they will drench your food in sour cream unless you say light. Do yourself a favor and just get a burrito or tacos from an actual mexican place, unless you're okay with spending money on flavorless food here

Me and my girlfriend went there last week. This place seems shady because I asked for extra rice and beans and they say they have to charge me extra for them little scoops they put on already. It's crazy and disrespectful because it doesn't say that anywhere on the menu. Seems like employees are trying to pocket money for themselves. This is the only place that does that and that business decision will make them close down eventually.

The night time crew members are extremely unprofessional. They are very disrespectful to customers and to the Door Dashers. This is a high volume location that is very understaffed. I waited 30 minutes for my burrito. The young lady in photos needs to be retrained and needs to be tough how to work with respect. She is extremely disrespectful and dismissive. She should not be representing this food chain as a manager/supervisor.

The app was difficult to navigate, and ordering a quesadilla online didn't give me the option to customize it as I wanted. It took me 25 minutes to complete my order. Additionally, having only one payment method was a hassle; I had to set up Google Pay. Honestly, if the kids hadn't wanted it, I would have walked away. It was the worst! Horrible....went on my lunch break, first off, credit card machines were down. Cool, I had cash, then another sign said exact amount only-no change available. Wasted my time there because there was a line there and the exact amount sign was on the counter and not at the door to forewarn you
