My grandson ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, and cheese, but when it arrived, it contained white rice, chicken, black beans, cheese, and queso. This was very concerning, especially since my grandson is allergic to beans. My granddaughter ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and queso, but instead received a bowl with white rice, steak, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and queso. This was also troubling as my granddaughter is allergic to steak, meaning she couldn't eat her meal either. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail at this location. It will be a long time before I decide to return.
You hate to put in to go orders at restaurants because you may get shorted. Well that sure was our reality today. Been there plenty of times and had my good made in front of me so I know the standard. Y'all should be ashamed. We're new parents so to go meal are our lives right now. I ordered a bowl with the works and got extra everything, big hungry lol. When I opened the bowl to see 5 strings of lettuce and half the things I ordered I was very disappointed. My wife ordered a burrito version of that and the entire burrito can fit in the palm of my hand. We live 15 minutes away so driving back didn't make sense.
Dude, don't even try online ordering here. I order a burrito with beans, rice (extra), chicken (extra)...nothing else...and if I order it online it comes out looking like I got a half a scoop of everything. It looks like a scrawny breakfast burrito or the average human penis. This has literally happened the last 4 times I've ordered online and I complain every time bc it's 15 bucks. Just go wait 20 minutes in the line if you want normal serving sizes. If you read all of the reviews below they're all complaining about the same thing. Do something about it or I'm taking 100 percent of my business to Qdoba
The service is horrible. We went in to the restaurant tonight. I wanted a quesadilla. They said the only way for me to get that was to order it and pay for it online. Because they can't make it In the front and have no way to ring it in the register. The manager stated I could place the order through their app, and then she could make it in back. So, in other words, I needed to do more work because she didn't have the knowledge to take care of a customer in the store. We left and will not be back. We had my daughters graduation party yesterday and she loved Chipotle and I 'm tired of missing the party because I 'm in the kitchen. We decided to ordering catering. BEST DECISION EVER! Placed the order Thursday and everything was ready at the scheduled pick up time. Everything tasted great and it was so easy! We chose to order the items that are Chipotle specific (rice, beans, guacamole, fajita veggies, salsa, queso, and chips and buy easy sides like sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese. Ver satisfied with the service. Thanks so much!!
I recommend avoiding online orders at this restaurant. They consistently provide only half the food compared to what you receive when ordering in person. The staff is often indifferent and sometimes rude. Additionally, they have a tendency to close the store unexpectedly at 8:00 PM and only accept online orders. The location itself isn’t great, similar to many Chipotle locations these days.
The place was dirty and disorganized, with food scattered across the counters. There was a noticeable lack of attention to cross-contamination. The staff moved incredibly slowly, despite the fact that there were at least 10 people waiting in line. This was by far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited.

The food was great. However, the girls who made me bowl were not friendly. Could use an attitude adjustment! The boy Hayden who checked us out was super sweet though. Glad someone was trained right.
