Just had my first ever purchase/consumption of Chipotle. Unbelievable you say? It is a fact. So, in full disclosure honesty, I do not have any prior experience with this location, or any other Chipotle location, by which I can provide comparison regarding this experience this locations performance. I did order had the order delivered. I live within about three (yes, 3) minutes of the location discussed here. I had laid down on the couch after work and fell asleep. Upon awakening, looking at my watch I decided ordering would be faster than trying to fix something at home....allowing me to eat, brush my teeth...and clearly in need of sleep...go to bed in an effort to find the sleep that mugged...
The restaurant is supposed to be open until 11 PM, but when I arrived at 10:20, the doors were locked and the staff was already cleaning up. This place is well-known for closing early, even if you arrive before 10 PM. When you finally do get your food, it's just average at best, often messy, and I frequently find myself having to ask multiple times for toppings because they tend to forget them. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for late-night visits or if you have a schedule to stick to.
My rice was not fully cooked. And the tomatoes had the stem diced up alone with tomatoes. As for all Chipotle locations, I do not understand why only forks are being left out and no spoon? I have to ask for a spoon. The only thing that a person might use a spoon there, is for a salad. Everything else, a spoon would be the right utensil to use.
Pictures speak for themselves, this is how we removed it from the bag. The weight difference was noticeable at pick up. I eat at Chipotle 3-6 times a month, and I will not be going to this location for a while. Unacceptable. Bowl was ordered as x2 Chicken x2 rice

Sign on the window say “ open until 11” but every time I go there between 10-10:30 the door is locked and they act as if they don’t see me. Very unacceptable, if you’re suppose to be open until 11 then the door shouldn’t be locked by 10-10:30.
I never received my $5 bottle of Coke. The burrito was poorly wrapped in two layers of foil and was completely inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I don't want any coupons.
The green peppers and onions were raw, and the steak was tough and bland. Overall, the bowl did not meet the Chipotle standard at all. This location has consistently been disappointing for many years.
Tasted weird Saturday night. The brisket is seasoned strangely, and was very burnt and very chewy. Tomatoes had a unfresh taste.
