To anyone have Chipotle, I believe it is just about the place to be like any other Chipotle. The food in general is just like any other, but I would like to just hope that the management can focus a bit more on the cleanliness of the place, and theconsistency of the food being given. I believe when someone knows what they are doing, there usually isn?t a problem. The lastvisit I had, the floor was wet (no one cleaned up the water, which is right where you order), and there was no spoons or forkswhere you grab the utensils. Then when I open my food, there was a bottom part of a romaine lettuce inside my bowl. So that isjust what I mean, I love to have the convenience to have a location nearby...
When I ordered a burrito bowl, the young lady behind the counter looked at me and asked if I wanted a burrito or a bowl. I reiterated that I wanted a burrito bowl. She shot me an unimpressed look and insisted it was either a bowl or a burrito. Confused, I asked if they weren’t called burrito bowls. I was under the impression that they still were, but I guess that's not the term anymore. The employee quickly corrected me with a bit of an attitude. I understand that calling it that might have been a little confusing, but there was really no need to push the issue or respond with such attitude. Honestly, the worst chipotle I?ve ever been too. I live right next to it and will never ago again. The customer service of the clowns who seem like zombies at work is beyond me. Could be absolutely no line and you?re standing there just waiting forsomeone to take your order, OR at least an acknowledgement of entering this place. The manager or the dude that pretends to beone doesn?t say a single thing. Half the time you can hardly even hear what they?re saying when they do speak. On top of thatthe place closes at 10. Why are you running out of food at 730? Never again.
The staff here is quite untrained and seems unsure of what they’re doing. It would be beneficial for management to provide better training. They should be knowledgeable about dietary preferences like Keto, vegan, vegetarian, and high protein options when customers ask. I would recommend heading to Rubio's instead; it’s cleaner and has never had any reported salmonella outbreaks.
