The Upper House, a typical Western Chinese restaurant, offered us an overall satisfactory dining experience. We opted for their lunch menu, which included a choice of entree, sweet and sour or eggflower soup, and white rice. While the food was decent, it fell slightly short of our expectations. I ordered the broccoli beef, a classic choice, while my girlfriend went for the orange chicken. Despite ample portions, both dishes lacked the depth of flavors we were anticipating, resulting in a somewhat underwhelming taste. Very authentic taste with good quality. I’ve just tried couple dishes there namely Mapo Tofu, and stir-fried string bean and I can tell that they do serve authentic Chinese foods here. Will definitely come back and try their other dishes for sure. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
