I ordered again through the app, but the DoorDash driver contacted me saying my order hadn’t been received by the store and she was left waiting for 45 minutes. It’s impossible to speak to anyone there, so I turned to Pepper for help. They connected me with a live agent, who then told me to reach out to DoorDash. DoorDash explained they needed to contact Chipotle since the order was through their app. They couldn’t get through to anyone, but they managed to cancel the order. My husband and I frequently enjoy Sofritas burritos from this restaurant a few times each month, and they are usually fantastic. While I've had a couple of hiccups over the years, the majority of our orders are consistently well-made and packed full of delicious ingredients. There have been a few occasions where the rice was a bit on the salty side, and sometimes the portions were smaller than expected. Despite these minor concerns, it is still our favorite fast food choice in North Lake County.
I was quite disappointed with the location of this Chipotle and would strongly recommend avoiding it. Each time I’ve ordered from here, the food has been poorly prepared and missing several ingredients. I won't be returning for another order. During my last visit, my burrito was awkwardly wrapped in a square shape and had very little sour cream and lettuce, along with dry, overcooked chicken. To top it off, they forgot to include the chips I ordered and mistakenly gave me salsa instead.

The atmosphere is truly inviting and abundant. The servers were outstanding, providing generous portions of fresh ingredients—I couldn't finish my meal in one sitting! Manager Diana and cashier Jeannine went above and beyond to assist me with a promotional offer, making my birthday even more special. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant!
I placed a takeout order, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. Additionally, there was no white rice available. When I finally sat down to eat, I found that the food was completely lacking in salt. I was very dissatisfied.
Chipotle is my preferred choice when I'm looking for a quick meal, especially since they have vegan options available. This serves as an update to my earlier review from October 20, 2023.
The burrito bowl I ordered was not well-prepared and had different toppings from what I requested. Instead of chicken, I received steak. It was a total letdown.

This restaurant is disappointing for pickup orders. Often, the orders are incomplete, and the wait times can be quite lengthy.
The flavors are perfect, and all the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. They definitely fulfill their promises.
