first I got out was horrified how dirty the restaurant was when I arrived, as there were 4 hired who did nothing. müll was flooded and the floor and the counters were covered in food. I ordered pickup and arrived 2 minutes early. there were 5-6 patrons who eat or order on the counter. I waited approx. 5 minutes and went to the counter and told a worker that I was on a pick-up order. the employee who worked the pick-up switch said my order was done. I was waiting for the order for 12 minutes. I came to my car and realized I didn't get the drink I ordered. I went back and asked him and said, "It is in the bag." eating was delicious as usual. However, I paid cash for my meal, which was then placed in a drink glass because it did not cash in the drawer. my total value was $11, and I paid $20. I never got a change back and was never aware that they had no money, nor was it offered to change with the money in the drink money. I should have known about the cash situation, I would have just used a card. I am quite disappointed that my money was simply taken to the concession without effort and the problem is being fought.

This place can’t get orders correct and if you order through the app there’s nobody to help you get a refund. Had to throw away a $20 order and was only offered free chips and salsa because there was no help to respond to my multiple requests to contact me. Save yourself a headache and order from Qdoba or only buy in person and not on the app if possible
I have been hearing negative reviews about other Chipotle locations on social media, but I must say that this Chipotle is amazing! I always receive my delivery order accurately and the portion sizes are consistently generous. Thank you, East Peoria Chipotle!
Good two bowls for dinner pick up. You create a bowl by choose the items you want to be put into your delicious health bowl. The staff were polite and cheerful. Pleasant experience I will shop again.
