I'm crazy in love with Chipotle Mexican Grill, but I was quite disappointed to see that the staff seemed young and inexperienced. While I understand that experience comes with time, what I observed was concerning: hair and beards were not properly covered. In the kitchen, the food preparation is left to young employees who, understandably, lack culinary experience. The meals basically just need to be heated and seasoned, but it would be ideal to have an experienced cook present to guide and train the team. Also, the menu offers great options, but better kitchen supervision would enhance the overall quality.
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The evening staff seems indifferent and almost pleased when they run out of items. As a vegan, the cross-contamination with meat and beans is concerning. This place used to be decent, despite the mixed reviews, but I can no longer justify spending my money here. Additionally, the presentation of the food leaves much to be desired. As of November 2, 2022, around 8:30 PM, the shift manager at this location needs to step up their game—it's not time to close yet, and they are already running out of key items.
I placed an online order for pickup because in the restaurant there was a sign that said exact change because the card reader was down. As I?m picking up my order a young lady was bagging my meal the chips dropped on the floor. She proceeds to pick itup and place it in my bag, I kindly asked if she may give me a new bag since it fell on the floor. I also waiting an extra 3minutes after receiving my meal because they did not place my drink in the bag. As I got home I realized my order is inaccurateand the chips are stale. I?m truly furious.

Man this is the last straw the evening crew doesn 't care they are legitimately happy when they run out of stuff and as a vegan the cross contamination with the meat and beans is ridiculous they used to be decent despite the reviews but it ain 't no way I 'mgonna spend my money with them and they have so little care for presentation. As of 11/2/22 at 8:30pm whoever is the shiftmanager for this location needs to get it together it 's not closing time and they are not only out of items they have theplace looking a mess.
Ordered online through the chipotle app , waited an hour and a half just for no one to pick up my food which caused me to pick it up myself !! Got there and grabbed my order before I was stopped by a girl who asked if everything was okay , I told her the situation and she offered me free guacamole which was very thoughtful , but once I got home and checked my food it was missing EVERYTHING that I ordered as you can see????. I?ll just stick with the one in Mount Zion.
Amazing Mexican-American fusion that tastes just like homemade. The carne asada is the best—full of flavor and so tender you won’t want to stop eating. The guacamole is addictive, making every bite enjoyable. This new location in Riverdale, GA, is spotless and brand new. The service is excellent, with friendly and patient staff taking your order. Give Chipotle Mexican Grill a try—you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!
Manager doesn?t care, food not ready, no black bean, cook had grill nasty and full of meat no grilled veggies cooking. Drink station nasty, fruit juices I like to drink from chipotle empty told manager they said they don?t have time to get someone to fill them. Restaurant is new and managed poorly. Employees non chalant. Tables nasty, no napkins.Worst chipotle, go to Fayetteville shut this place down

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I paid nearly $14 for a bowl, and when I came to pick it up, I noticed it had no rice. I asked about it, and the employee said they were out of rice. My bigger question is, what's the point of asking for my email and phone number if you couldn't notify me that you were out of rice? I'm extremely disappointed.
