On May 2nd I placed an online order for a burrito, chips, and guacamole. I went inside and received my order quickly. Once I arrived home, I unwrapped my burrito to find that it was nowhere near what I ordered. They gave me the wrong burrito. No big deal because things happen and customer service gave me a voucher to get another one free of charge. So I place the order again and drive all the way back to Morrow to pick it up. Only this time they gave me the wrong burrito AGAIN. I order a very simple burrito. Steak, rice, and fajitas-THATS IT! Not lettuce, not cheese, no beans, etc… So why am I getting 6 random ingredients thrown in my burrito that I didn’t ask for? WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOI...
I received bad treatment and bad faces at the time of my shift, I asked for a burrito, they told me that there were no tortillas available, when I paid, they were preparing a Burrito Yamaya informed me that the tortillas were only for online orders that would arrive the next day ... there were no sofritas, nor lettuce to complete, they served me three times the portion of rice. I don't know what's happening with the staff at their restaurants lately but it's the third time in a month, maybe they were having a bad day, or they were unwilling to deal Well, to the customers, the cashier did not offer me any apology, and they laughed among themselves. It doesn't make me go back to that restauran...
My initial visit to this Chipotle, prompted by its proximity to my spouse's business, was a regrettable experience. Upon beginning my order, the attendant informed me that they had run out of white rice, offering only brown rice, to which I agreed. However, I was then informed that they were also out of al pastor chicken, forcing me to settle for another chicken option. Unfortunately, I received a very small portion, as it was nearly gone. As I started eating, I found the rice to be excessively hard, rendering it inedible. Additionally, the service station was unclean. This experience has deterred me from ever returning to this Chipotle location.
Best post workout nutrition in the area hands down. It’s like an oasis in a food desert. The tradeoff is they are out of ingredients often and customer service could be better. One time there was some spicy smoke in the area that had a lot of people coughing including myself. Other than that it’s solid.

I genuinely enjoy Chipotle's food, but the location in Morrow raises some concerns. The cleanliness of the restaurant could definitely use improvement. Additionally, the service from the staff isn't very welcoming; they tend to be a bit pushy and provide poor customer service.
This is the most disgusting Chipotle I've ever entered. I had to walk out because the environment was a mess. The staff seemed unbothered by the need to keep the serving area clean.
This is my second visit, and once again they were out of several items. Today, they didn't have any napkins, chips, guacamole, or vinaigrette.
The restroom and dining areas were quite dirty, but the service was quick and efficient, and the food was fresh.
