I sat down at a dirty table and had to wait 12 minutes for it to be cleaned. I could only order a drink because the server barely stopped at my table; she just rushed by. Thankfully, the Longhorn restaurant is conveniently located on the main road, so I was able to order a great meal. I then relaxed, sipped my drink, and observed the disappointed expressions of several other diners. Surprisingly, the same server had received praise from me during my last visit. However, I actually saw her take 15 minutes just to close my bill and offer a to-go container and bag; everything was done in a very haphazard manner! The manager seemed to have no control over the situation and instead of addressing...
I drove an hour to this restaurant, which is the closest to my home, only to be greeted by a cockroach at the entrance. The female hostess was incredibly rude and dismissive when I mentioned that I had a party of five. She repeatedly insisted that there was no available seating for us, and when I inquired about the wait time, she continued to give the same response. I asked if the wait could be an hour, and she denied it, then walked away while speaking disparagingly. This experience was completely unacceptable. If your employees are unwilling to provide good customer service, they are in the wrong industry. I will be contacting corporate about this at 10:35 PM.
This was my first visit to this TGI Fridays location, although it’s one of my favorite restaurant chains. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Since I had accumulated a lot of points, I decided to eat in. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, along with ribs and shrimp for my main course. My husband had a Blue Moon beer and the southwest steak and shrimp fajitas. We also ordered the three-course trio. Everything was hot and delicious! We always tend to order too much food, and this time was no exception, so we took some leftovers home. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by for another meal.
I placed an online order for my meal, specifically requesting double crispy french fries, but what I received was neither double nor crispy. I also didn't get the sauce I requested to accompany my shrimp. It seems that when you order online, they don’t prioritize your order the same way they would if you were dining in. Overall, I won’t be returning because I believe that I should receive the same level of service regardless of how I choose to get my food.

I had a fantastic dining experience at TGI Friday's today! The chef cooked the blackened salmon to perfection, accompanied by jasmine rice and broccoli. Kimberly, our server, was incredibly attentive and friendly; she is a true asset to TGI Friday's. I hope to see more staff like Kimberly who excel in customer service!
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, thanks to our waitress, Amber. She was both professional and friendly, ensuring that my order was perfect. I plan to return to this location specifically because of the outstanding service I received from her.
The waiter took over 10 minutes to welcome us properly, and the overall experience was disappointing. There were no napkins provided, my drink didn't taste good at all, and there was blood from my steak mixed in with my rice.
Our server was great, not sure of her name though! Lol The host and hostess were horrible. No greeting, we had to go to them to even put our name in. However, overall it turned out as an okay experience.
