I ordered the veggie burrito bowl, and the portion size was generous with everything tasting fantastic. However, there was one drawback: the Chipotle app notified me when my order was ready for pickup, but there was a long line at the pickup counter. Most of the people in line were delivery staff for DoorDash and other services, which created quite a chaotic situation. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for my order, even though I knew it was ready. At one point, it felt like it might have been quicker to order directly at the cashier instead of waiting for my pickup.

I’m giving one star for the atmosphere because I witnessed what I believe was the manager yelling at almost everyone working there, constantly telling them to hurry up. It felt incredibly disrespectful both to the customers and the staff. I can’t imagine Chipotle tolerates that kind of behavior toward employees. Everyone seemed visibly stressed, and it wasn’t even busy at the time. I dread to think how chaotic it would be if the place got crowded. The constant yelling was so intense that some customers even left in the middle of their meals.
I ordered a sofritas bowl, which should be a simple order to get right, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. My bowl was completely wrong—there was no sofritas or brown rice. Instead, they added jalapeños, making it way too spicy and unpleasant. I don’t understand how such a straightforward order could be messed up. I used DoorDash because I wasn’t feeling well and wanted some comfort food, but I ended up having to throw it away. I usually enjoy sofritas, so this was a huge letdown. On top of that, it looked like a total mess. Very disappointing!
Two of my friends ordered from this restaurant, and both received incorrect orders. I've never encountered a place that consistently gets orders wrong like this! Many others have shared similar complaints in their reviews. At this rate, you might end up causing someone a serious issue by serving them the wrong food. I'm highly disappointed, especially considering the premium prices you charge for simple meal bowls.

I had a terrible experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill and left very disappointed. I ordered a burrito that wasn’t wrapped correctly, and the foil they used didn’t fully cover it. The sour cream and guacamole kept spilling out, which was extremely frustrating. I ended up using several napkins to constantly clean the mess on the table.
I was taken aback when I tried to pay my $60 bill with a $100 bill and was informed that Chipotle has a policy against accepting $100 bills. This was disappointing and somewhat embarrassing for me, particularly since I have used $100 bills there in the past. I found the experience to be unprofessional and quite frustrating.
Worst chipotle I 've ever ordered from. They RUSH you through the line. You have to stand your ground and make sure you get all your ingredients or they 'll forget about you. They will also accidentally charge you for higher products like a steak bowl if you get chicken. WATCH OUT
This is definitely one of my favorites! I will continue to come back to this restaurant for more amazing food. The location is convenient, and the prices are quite reasonable considering the high quality of the food. Chipotle earns five stars from me!
