One of the worse Chipotle's I've been to. I went Saturday evening. My order which I ordered online 25 mins prior was not even ready. They made one of the items and not the other.. and there was barely anyone inside. Not only that, the chicken was so dry, overcooked and stale. The worst part is the sour cream was old/bad. Thank God i asked for it on the side and smelled it. I ciukd have gotten sick. I’m really frustrated because I had my two small kids waiting in the car, and it took them about 35 minutes to prepare my order. When I finally got home to eat, I was shocked to find that everything was either cold or poorly prepared, leaving me without a proper dinner since they were closing in 30 minutes. I will never return here, and I live just a minute away! The team seemed relaxed and indifferent. This was by far the worst customer service and food I've ever experienced.
I spent less time at the DMV this morning than I did trying to pick up a mobile order here. After waiting for 25 minutes and watching 30-40 people come in, place their orders at the counter, and leave with their meals, you’d think they would allow me to do the same so I could finally leave. But apparently, that would be too logical. My recommendation for anyone considering this place: DO NOT order ahead. DO NOT order at the counter. Just go to Raising Cane's next door instead.
I loved this location! It’s right near my house and I never have issues with a lack of portions in my online orders, in other chipotles that’s a big issue. There seems to be a great work environment as the times I’ve gone inside i see the workers laughing and having fun while simultaneously getting their work done. Overall i enjoy Each time here and i hope To continue to do so in the future!

Love the environment here!!!!! There are always nice smiles from the employees and fun light conversation. There is a girl i see at the windows all the time on saturday mornings she’s always super sweet and gives me extra sides of any sauces i forgot to get!!! The GM is also very friendly here she was very interactive with customers when the store initially opened!
Under-fried chips, constantly missing sides from a quesadilla meal and bowls, excessively burnt chicken, this location constantly does this every time we order. It?s a constant game with them to see if there?s a missing side every time I go. Waste of my time and money, and it?s ridiculous that it keeps happening. Go to a different location.
I have ordered from here since they opened, but it has made me change my mind in time. my chicken bowl wasn't even full when I got it and the chips are fried a little too much. I work at chipotle and this part is simply not and the chips do not even have the lemon salt flavor for overcooked in the oil.
This is a horrible chipotle with terrible customer service. I will NEVER be coming to this location again. It's a shame because this one is closest to my house. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next chipotle, than come back here again. The manager needs to hire competent employees.

Chips were stale and chicken had lots of tendon/inedible parts. For some time it was fine, but recently the quality has gone down again. The meats usually have a lot of fat and aren't cut well. The people are fine. Just the quality is poor.
Food was good on the 2 visits here so far. Avid Chipotle fan. Used chipotlane drive through for first time and it was fantastic. Arrived 4 minutes after promise time and food was ready to go.
