I have been coming to this location weekly for a few months. Service has generally been average, but leaves some things to be desired. Ordering ahead doesn't provide you the benefit of an expedited pickup as you'll have to wait for them to serve the entire line while you wait for someone to hand you your order. They have the online order shelves tucked in the kitchen's entryway behind the register, so you can't pick up the order yourself. Either get in line to get your order made fresh, or find elsewhere to order ahead and pick up from. (morning/opening staff needs improvement, afternoon/evening staff has been 5/5)
the portion of the food is getting smaller and smaller, soon it will just be a piece of meat or chiecken and they will come up with the excuse and say that it is the portion is the size of the spoon and the spoon varies the quantity depending on how you put it of course, Chipotle was good in the past, but now... you will have to be content with a small amount of chicken or carne assada
The guys who working who put the protains chicken or beef are very very careful to put decent portion on your plate. Obviously that's comes from management decisions....because you can read their body language they are careful....basically you just eat rice salads and corn with little beef.
For first-time visitors, please keep in mind that you don’t have to select every dish on the menu. Feel free to mix and match as you like, or you can simply choose meat and a sauce if you prefer.

I would love to see more meat in my dishes! I prefer a meaty flavor in every bite rather than just beans and rice.
Large portions and delicious flavors. It can get quite busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait.
Here for work, and drove out of my way to come to this Location because the staff is so nice.
