This Chipotle location amazes me for the fact that they manage to give me the wrong order every time I get food from there! I asked for a salad with light brown rice, pollo asado, pinto beans, mild salsa, medium salsa, hot salsa, light corn, fajitas, and light cheese. I received a bowl with white rice, pollo, some beans, an exaggeration of cheese, and maybe FIVE leaves of lettuce. None of the other toppings! I asked for a SALAD and got anything but one. 15 I'll never see again, since Chipotle's AMAZING AI chatbot just threw a BOGO coupon into my account before ending the support chat. So I guess I get to give Chipotle even more of my money to hope that they don't screw up another order!
If I could, I wouldn't even give you a star. I ordered the food from the door dash and my order was resigned three times because my order was not ready. the last driver waited for over 30 minutes and the food was not ready yet. I finally cancelled my order, because how hard is it to prepare a Burrito dish. I called them and of course they don't answer. I will never order from you again.
Bro it's a hit or miss with these guys I get skipped out on rice and meat all the time. I'm better off going to the one on 186 and flamingo. Those guys really take care of you. Miami lakes Chipotle serves child servings man I swer. Management stop telling your employees to go light on the food. What the heck is this price has gone up to get less. Come on bro.
I frequently order from this Chipotle, but I was disappointed after my last experience. I received three dishes, and the rice was hard and undercooked—almost raw! Stopped by for lunch today. Ordered online and when I arrived my order was ready at the time promised. I appreciate the fact my order was ready so all I needed was to run in and out. Everything was in the bag and the food was fresh. I will try this chipotle location again because of the great service I had.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible; I ordered guacamole, and they served just one tablespoon for three dollars. Additionally, when I ordered online, they forgot to include the meat. It seems like they don't take their work seriously and often get distracted.
Same great taste like all the other times I've been here. I would have rated it a 5, except it smelled like someone had gotten a to go order, took it to the bathroom, and took a fresh dump right in it, and it started lingering around the restaurant. Good food though.
