I normally only post good reviews, when someone has gone above and beyond. But I had such a bad experience here but I feel the need to share. I ordered Online and when I got there, there is nothing to pick up. The woman behind the counter told me that “sometimes it doesn’t come out the screen” and I had to reorder. ?. it was four separate meals and appetizers that I had to remember off the top of my head. They were out of multiple condiments and RICE if that’s even possible. The food was obviously old and the staff were miserable. Only ordered from here because it was on my way home, never again.
Food is good, but service is horrible. Told me 10 mins for mobile order, been sitting here for 25 mins. I can't understand why someone from the internal line cannot help make mobile orders since no one is ordering inside the store. A great explain of poor management and individuals who don't understand the importance of customer service. This hasn't been my first experience with their poor service and I doubt it will be my last. The 3 stars I provided is because the food is good.
My take out order was completely wrong! And it had my name on it. I don't eat beef or dairy and it was steak with cheese and sour cream good thing I'm not allergic. No lettuce, No guacamole, no salsa, no corn. And when I contacted chipotle, I got no response. Poor business practice overall.
Although we've ordered from Chipotle numerous times in the past, this was our first time actually visiting the restaurant to place an order due to COVID-19. the whole order in the right, they do this for a job and can't do it properly what we pay them for, they give rice when I ask for them, don't give them quest when I paid, gave me but a veggies if not for them, what's going on? will never order again from place out
All the Chipotle's are online order only now? This wasted so much of my lunch time. I understand coronavirus is still bad in some parts of the country but not here in nj there is no indoor dining restrictions anymore. Bad move Chipotle
The Chipotle location near me is truly awful. I make a 25-minute drive to get to this one instead. They prepare Chipotle properly here; the portions are generous, and the food is fresh and delicious.

Portions were incredibly small, steak was cooked to a crisp, emo girl was rude when we asked what was in our bowl, the food was below subpar, will not be returning.
