I 've been into this location 3 times while visiting a friend in DSM. Each time I was hoping it 'd be better next time but this is by far the worst location I 've been to. The staff were cold to say the least. Not even a hi or a what can I get for you? The staff acted more like my presence was an annoyance as if I came in 2 mins before closing. The last time I was in (last Wednesday) the food tasted off. Not sure exactly what, but I couldn 't even finish and ended up feeling ill. The ice machine was broken and despite having just me and maybe 1-2 other customers the entire place was a mess. The staff were all just chatting with each other behind the line. Operation hours are 10:45am-11am. At 10:52am i knocked on the window, along with 4 other waiting customers. The man behind the counter threw his arms up and mouthed “what!” A female answered the door and said they aren’t open. I said it looks like the hours of operations start at 10:45 AM and she said they’re shortstaffed with four people (sounds like enough people to make a burrito and bowls) So I asked about potentially putting a sign up because it’s very unprofessional and other people who are waiting with me stated that they were waiting for orders and it was not acceptable and the female still said well give us about 20 minutes and shut the door.
The service was ridiculously terrible.... we ordered food on the app for 7:20 and arrived at 7:22. Our order was not ready, and there was a line around 3/4 of the store. We politely asked where our food was, and the employee snapped at us that our food would only be prepared when the entire line had been dealt with. There were six or seven other people waiting for their online orders. We asked a manager to cancel our order and she said she had no control over it.
Wow I don't think I've ever been treated as horribly just for existing in a restaurant. This was my first time going to a Chipotle and I will never be returning. My food was okay, but I was straight up glared at just for being there. I didn't order anything weird/hard to do, it wasn't particularly busy, I don't get it. The food tasted good, but the service was terrible. They over charged, saying they made a steak quesadilla when it was carnitas. They also said they put quesada, or that cheese sauce, on the salad, but when they were shown the salad, they wouldn't refund the money. Customer service was poor. The tables were dirty to sit on as well.
I ordered through the Chipotle app and received someone else’s order. Tried to eat what “they” order and it was a sloppy gross mess which was ice cold. The chips were stale and the queso and salsa were filled only half way. This location is terrible. Do not order online. If you want chipotle go to a different location in person
Music was so loud when you first walk in! There were like 5 or 6 employees, no one really knew what was going on. They were all just standing around talking to each other. Sign on door said can only do exact change or card out of ice . Place was dirty. Don 't think I 'll be visiting that location again
Waited in line for 15 minutes before deciding to leave. Workers looked fed up and like they were purposely slow. It was 4pm. Decided to go somewhere that wants business. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food took 50 minutes after promised time. Employees wouldn’t communicate and were extremely rude.
