Just wanna say, chipotle itself is great, however whoever is working the night shift on Sunday December 12th 2021 has to be the worst service i’ve ever had. I work minimum wage so i understand when people are understaffed however no one should be treated this way, First off, we ordered for pickup and when we went to say our name (because our meals weren’t finished in the time frame they had provided.. of course) They proceeded to tell us that we didn’t make an order there and to check the app.. Was there last evening. The restaurant was filthy. Food, napkins, used utensils on the inside tables. We sat outside, and it was almost as bad. Used napkins, straws, and utensils were visibly scattered in the bushes. The employee that was working the line, (female brown skinned with dark hair, early 20's) had an attitude. I thought she was going to go ballistic on the lady customer in front of me. The customer was just trying to place her order, nothing to warrant the employee's behavior. Then that same employee came outside to eat her dinner and dropped several f bombs in the prescence of young children because there were ducks in the dining area outside trying to be fed by those children....
I order in the rule by the app for comfort and I agree what others said more valued about less portioning. I even began to put “extra” in the app, hoping that it would help but it did not. the orders are usually never ready for the promised times (expect them to wait 10-15 minutes extra). the pick-up area is also not as comfortable as other stands. sometimes they have to them down because there is not actiw observed/bedient and they give it to them (not sure whether this is due to an incident in the past of others who command not to them). they will never give you more for pickup, so when they are on the go, they will remember to pick up some on the counter before they go. 1/5 times they wil...
I had a fantastic experience at the Chipotle on John Young Parkway! Juwan is a talented cook who warmly welcomed me and put great care into making my meal delicious. The chicken was outstanding and perfectly complemented the brown rice, which was cooked just right. The fajita peppers were also excellent. The staff, Alayna and Debora, were very friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome, which really lifted my spirits! I highly recommend this location and will definitely return soon. Plus, the Chipotle nutrition site was very useful for tracking my macros.

I recently visited the Chipotle at 3254 N John Young Parkway and had a mixed experience. Out of the five employees working, two younger staff members provided good service during my meal. However, I was uneasy seeing two other employees joking around in the back while preparing the meat, which seemed unprofessional. The cashier, Brislyn, appeared to find their behavior amusing, which felt inappropriate. Additionally, I was disappointed with the steak portion I received—it was quite small for the $5 price. Overall, the visit was somewhat disappointing.
$18 for a Burrito bowl with extra meat and a regular well drink!!! I told the cashier that they had to make a mistake, it's usually $14. It used to be $12 then they had a price increase back a few months. She said they had another price increase. Another price increase on the one you just had recently?!? Almost always... from the new steak, from the old steak, from the chipotle sauce. Exceptional prices and smaller and smaller quantities. Hopefully others come to me and say enough is enough.
my spit on the local chip. Apart from the long lines, this place is quite solid. I do not dare to order online because my order is always wrong, but unlike that can not complain! I agree with other commentary about tables that are 9/10 times dirty, but it is chipotle, they are quite short employees especially on this chaotic location. I'm still here for bowls and never really had a problem here.
I only left çhipotle in a loop at 3254 N John Young Prky, where there were 5 workers, two young people, the food and everything was good with them, they have their job, but I have to mention that the two employees who were in the back cutting the meat just by playing with each other and the cashier Brislyn, who smiled with them while they put pieces of meat on each other.

I enjoyed my visit today; the food was excellent and the customer service was good. The atmosphere was a bit messy.
