All of our white rice was severely undercooked, there was a blonde hair in my son’s bowl. It felt like we were eating tiny beads. Gross food. Should’ve gone somewhere else. But we were here at a local hotel for a local event thinking you can’t go wrong with Chipotle? Having worked in both fast food restaurants and high end, it’s really not that hard. How hard is it to follow a fast foods protocol on proper cooking instructions? They teach it and make it so easy it is practically common sense. But I guess sense isn’t always that common.
This location needs to be shut down, And they need to hire a whole new staff. They never have the order is ready when you do them online. And every time I go into place an order either the credit card machine isn’t working, or they’re only taking credit cards that day and not cash, which also does not make sense that she would just throw money away. Literally half the line left today because they were only taking credit cards. Upper management needs to do something about this location
Chipotle was the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order incorrectly, and my bowl was only half full. The sauce was overly acidic, melted, and separated, while the cheese wasn't even melted and the bowl was cold. I ordered through DoorDash and could only receive a partial refund of $3.13 out of my $20 order. I've had issues before with the rice being either overcooked or crunchy. I won't be ordering from here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
This place needs to close down and hire a new staff. My online orders are never ready when I go to pick them up, and each time I try to place an order, either the credit card machine is down or they're only accepting credit cards on certain days, leaving cash customers out of luck. It doesn't make sense to turn away money like that. Half the people in line left today because they only accepted credit cards. Management needs to take action regarding this location.

I go here sometimes, purely because it's near my office. There's nothing much else to expect, the food is always fresh and great, and like any Chipotle franchisee, you can easily customize your order. The biggest gripe may be money, because this store doesn't accept cash (or at least anytime I ever went there) and only accepts card/Google/Apple Pay/PayPal. It's also quite busy as well, with a lot of nearby office workers or construction workers.
The food was good, but I didn't receive my chips and queso or tortilla. I was given a credit for it, but when I reordered, I had to pay an additional $6 in fees for something that should have been included in the original order. Aside from that, the food was tasty, and the bowl was prepared correctly!
like others. made to do an online order while in load. I just got chicken and tear. 18 mice for chicken and rice. manager offered a bogo to fix the problem. So I have to pay 18 again to get what I paid for the first time and I have 30 days for it.
Crispy lettuce, I loved it. I also loved the taste of the spicy chicken in the burrito bowl. And if I go there again I'll probably try out the Lime avocado chicken and something new.

The burrito was disappointing; it didn't have any sour cream, and the steak was tough. Despite that, I'm still eager to order that burrito again.
They need to be more organized one day they taking cash next day cards then on line orders only come on get it together
