Last night I received the worst service I have ever had at any fast food establishment let alone a chipotle. It was 8:30 and the place closed at 10 a full hour and a half left before closing and they had half of the production line shut down, not very much choices to choose from left. They ?ran out of lettuce and guacamole? they clearly didn?t feel like putting anymore lettuce in the pan or preparing any more guac. I look down and see guac on the production line still so I pointed it out to the line cook and she rudely responded by saying that ?the guac they had left was for online order customers only? because they didn?t have a lot left and didn?t know what orders were going to come in. I would like to preface this review by saying this is the worst quality meal I have ever consumed at a fast food restaurant; barely palatable. I would rate this below the time I went into anaphalactic shock at McDonald's as worst fast food experience ever. Pictured below are two of the quesadillas that were delivered to my house. The innards resemble something that one might pour out of a bottle of Gerber baby formula. Kristina saves the day!!! The apprentice GM Kristina who was working in this store helped me out so much today. I went to go pick up my catering order (ordered it 24 hours in advance) at the crossroads Chipotle and when I got there she said they don?t have enough people working to make my 10 person order. I was not happy about that, zero stars for the crossroads Chipotle. However my faith was restored when I tried my luck at this Chipotle to see if they could salvage my catering order. I was the only customer in the restaurant while there were five staff members present. Two of them were busy with an online order, leaving me waiting to be acknowledged. It's true that those who order online have already paid, but so have I; my visit to the restaurant wasn't free. On top of that, when I asked about the new garlic steak, the cashier pointed out the price, saying, "It's the most expensive item on the menu." Did I really come across as if I couldn't afford it? Seriously?

As a former manager for Chipotle, watching this team communicate and work together nearly flawlessly was incredible to watch. They made sure myself and other customers had what we asked for while preparing the food in a timely manner. Staff was kind and courteous and the location was clean. The atmosphere in the store was great and it was well stocked. Thank you to the staff for giving me an amazing experience today. You guys are killin it.
I really enjoy Chipotle, and this particular location used to be great. However, they've recently been running out of essential items like salsa, cheese, and tortillas on a regular basis. They attribute it to "supply chain" issues, which may be a factor, but not to this extent. Other locations don't seem to experience these problems as frequently. Unfortunately, there are now better options available than this one.
The restaurant is not regularly cleaned, with overflowing trash cans and special drinks often unavailable. Considering the high prices for the food, at the very least, one would expect a clean dining environment.

Don’t recommend this place at all. Second time it’s the same experience. The service and staff is awful. After paying $19 for dinner at least we deserve full bowls. I will never go to this place again.
Great customer service but very messy both in the dining room as well as on the line. Their portions keep getting smaller. The salad size is abysmal now
