I had a horrible experience at panera today. I can't believe a person can have enough heart to be that unprofessional to do what she's done. As I walked inside, the cashier (Carol)greeted me and I greeted her back and then she imitated me mocking at my religion and face veil(you would have had to be there to see what she's done and in my face and in public). She burst out laughing on the front line and then asked me how can she help me. My friend and I looked at eachother and decided to walk out. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my coworker, Pat, for being a true lifesaver! I was in a hurry and accidentally dropped my debit card between the seat and center console of my car. Without a second thought, Pat graciously paid for my breakfast, allowing me to avoid any stress. His outstanding customer service and kindness truly made my day. Pat is an amazing person, and I genuinely appreciate his generosity.
I used to really enjoy Panera, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality lately. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it arrived cold and lacking flavor. My wife ordered the teriyaki chicken, which was also cold, and the chicken had a rubbery texture. The tomato soup was served cold, and the croutons were soggy. This will definitely be our last visit to Panera.
I found multiple light color strands of hair in my food. My family and I have dark hair. One piece of hair was in my soup and the other hairs were in my muffin. Management: There?s nothing wrong with having employees wear hair nets instead of thestandard caps to ensure your customers do not have to pick hair out of their mouths.

I have dined at Panera Bread multiple times, and I always find myself ordering the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and the Tomato Soup. These two dishes are so delightful that I've never felt inclined to explore anything else on the menu.
This is the perfect spot to relax with your laptop, enjoy some coffee, and savor a bowl of soup. I always go for the tomato soup when I visit. Don't miss out on trying the chai tea latte – it's a must!
If you enjoy slightly upscale fast food and don’t mind spending a bit more, this place is a great option. The food and service were both quite good.
