Davinia was an absolute dream to work with! Instead of a cake for our wedding, we wanted a doughnut tower which was extremely difficult to find in France. I approached Davinia and she said she thought she could do it and she literally knocked it out of the park! She went one step further and created some vegan ones for me. They tasted even better than Krispee Kremes! She made the tower exactly how I envisioned for my wedding day. It was stunning and faultless! Our guests absolutely loved the doughnuts and they were all eaten. I would highly recommend Davinia to any bride. She is truly talented and so creative.
Not everyone can work in 40 degree heat with the stamina, poise and grit that Davinia can! It was a huge pleasure to work with Davinia to create my wedding cake and dessert table she totally got the brief of using food to fuse 2 cultures (French and Irish). Davinia's not just a cake maker she's an artist. Her massive amount of experience working on wedding related shoots comes out in how well she choreographs the table her creativity was apparent in every little detail. She also managed to win my French husband over with his first ever English breakfast!
