we had fantastic service when my friend, her little girl and I went to the hotel chocolat café in bury on Tuesday. we both had the new blood orange hot chocolates that are delicious. I usually don't like cream on my hot chocolate, but the HC version is so velvety and significant, it's delicious! the lady who served us was so friendly, unhappy talk and went beyond and beyond to make our quick stop of a drink really special.
in my experience at the moment the staff are very nice, they make sure that the costumer is happy. also very polite as soon as they have seen that the costumer comes, they welcome it. the chocolates are very beautiful, actually in addiction .. I love the cream on the top of my drink. I love it.
it was my first visit today, and it was a wonderful experience! such nice coworkers, I really wish I had blown on me to leave a beautiful tipp. beautiful quality to us today that I will never forget! will definitely return. also beautiful drinks!
