So disappointed. First night out in 14 months since baby. Used to love this place. We booked a night gambled. Eaten there many times since sands inception. First, sat at a small 2 top behind service area. Eugene Gina were our servers. Attitude immediately, after aggressively walking away they proceeded to talk about us behind the service station we were sat against!! Really?! Comments included; he acts like Trump, look at this, awful. Not sure where that came from?!? We did not talk anything g about politics, only how great our last blackjack table was. Our waitress I feel may need a little more training on people skills. She didn't greet us in a manner that she suggested she enjoyed her job at times it seemed that she was ignoring us. The young lady assisting had a much more upbeat attitude. Also on your menu, especially with Salmon you should indicate if the fish is farmed or wild. It just so happens that I ordered the King Salmon it just so happens a few years ago I caught a 50 pound King while fishing in Alaska as soon as I tasted your King Salmon I could tell that it was a farmed one a big difference in flavor.
They were unfortunately out of the domestic wagyu ribeye, so I made do with the dry aged bone in. It was good enough though I was still left disappointed.Service was adequate. I would think of going again. The noise level was very good. I was able to talk to my wife without yelling even though the restaurant is in the casino.
My mother I went to Chop House last night she loved it. She had the chicken and was thrilled with the quality of the meat, plus the delicious sauce that comes with it. I had the short rib. The NY strip was perfectly cooked and excellent, but the scallops were very sandy and undercooked. One scallop is forgivalble, but four sandy scallops are not. Service was ok but not like it usually is. I waited 30 minutes for my drink.
The food, service, and hospitality were exceptional. This was my second time experiencing this fine dining. Their sangria is out of this word delicious! The waiter and server were both very attentive. Parking: Casino parking
The food and service was great The only issue was that they used my food credits and did not use the chop house credit I had. This exasberated my food credits for the morning breakfast.

The other location I usually go to is in Tennessee. 1st time at this location and just as good. Great atmosphere, cold drinks, amazing food. Can't wait to go again.
