Machs Gute is a pub located on Linden St. in Bethlehem. They are open Tue Thu 11AM 12AM and Fri Sat 11AM 1AM. This place has been on my list for a few years now. I'm glad I finally made it in. The food was delicious and the staff was welcoming. The menu consists of wings, burgers, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, tacos, baskets, and salads. I decided to go with the French onion soup and sweet spicy wings. The French onion soup is topped with garlic croutons and melted provolone cheese. This is something I usually wouldn't order, but I saw a few pictures and I had to have it. It was phenomenal! The sweet spicy wings were cooked and sauced perfectly. The sauce had a great flavor. We have been coming here for probably 20 years ! Have seen them grow and expand into one of the best Bar restaurant establishments in the valley and beyond. Food , ambiance , staff , drinks are always top notch. It’s always super clean and tidy. We come back every year from Florida for the amazing food and great family energy. Here’s to another 20 years. I brought my family here for the first time tonight after hearing they serve the best burger in Bethlehem. Wow, I was not disappointed! The food was incredible, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and very reasonable prices. I think we've just found our new favorite spot!

THE best cheesesteak. Oh and awesome french onion soup........yes, at a bar!! Still consistently great food and service!! And they're keeping prices very reasonable!!
