I go here a few times a week. There isn?t a place I know of nearby that has a better selection of salad choices. I do the make your own where you choose which bed of greens you want. Then, you can add choices like hearts of palm, grass fed steak or wild caught shrimp. The idea is they put the ingredients you choose in a container then chop the salad and mix the dressing all together for you. Sometimes the line gets long so you might want to budget for 5-15 minutes to get your salad. The parking lot is tight and gets full. Consider that if you?re in a rush.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place through the app. They don’t pay attention to the details of your order and will rush to get it done. I ordered three custom warm bowls, and all three were incorrect—understatement of the year. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund from the delivery service. Two of the bowls were missing more than half of the toppings I paid extra for, and one had cheese despite being meant for someone who is lactose intolerant. Overall, my advice is to avoid this restaurant altogether.

The salads are tasty, but some of the staff appear to be inexperienced and unsure of their tasks. It's a pleasant spot to relax and do some homework while enjoying a salad. UPDATE: I ordered dinner from Chopt via DoorDash tonight. The salad was okay, but unfortunately, I discovered moldy falafel in it, which really put me off my meal. I understand that these times can be tough, but finding mold in my salad was quite disappointing.

I ordered the veggie version of the SW Hatch Chile Pork with riced cauliflower. The bowl was decent overall, but the jalapeño yogurt crema was quite spicy and didn’t really enhance the dish. On the other hand, the vinaigrette added a nice touch of flavor compared to the crema. Overall, it was okay, but I’m not sure I’ll make this place a frequent choice. I think I’ll go for a salad next time.

First time ever ordering from there. Got grilled chicken on my salad and there were maybe 6 small cut up pieces in there. Not worth $15. Disappointed. Where are the peaches? Where is the chicken? Where is the onion? Like I?m irritated.
