We stopped by during the Broadway Street Fair on Saturday afternoon. This was my mom and aunt's first visit, but I've been here a few times over the past few years (although it was my first time back since they expanded).We shared a Margherita Pizza, and each of us had a lemonade and a cookie. Christies Il Secundo is owned and operated by the same family that runs Christies Mayfair Bakery which provides Saskatoon's finest artisan bread hands down! There is a reason there is regularly a lineup out the door and it's worth the wait. Not only is the bread here amazing, so are their pizzas, sandwiches and specialty coffees. The owners are amazing people who care about their staff and customers. They put a lot of effort into delivering the best ingredients and service. If you're looking for the best bread in Saskatoon, then stopping here is a must!

Il secondo has doubled in size since my last visit. Not sure I like the change. But, excellent latte and saskatoon danish, as usual. Lots of construction road works surrounding area so very limited parking.
Great coffee that is superior to Starbucks across the street. The bakery features amazing delights that you MUST try! It's always busy so seating either inside or outside is at a premium.
The warm hearth, delicious soul food and a fantastic cafe mocha or a glass of wine, this is the best place to chill after a long week. It's often steady, but the ambience is perfect.

Good for groups. Rented out a large portion for a function. Good pizza. The appetizers were fantastic. The servers did well for a larger group. Will definitely go back.
